Unbound - A Vigorous Bodyweight and Cardio Workout Program
The Unbound Workout Program is designed to be done anywhere using little more than your God-given body to get in incredible physical shape.
Unbound is a stripped down fitness program tailored to challenge you with a variety of bodyweight exercises, and bring outstanding results.
This 8 week workout program consists of 4 workouts and 2 run days per week.
Each workout should take about 45 minutes to complete.
You'll always be challenged in new ways, and no two workouts will be exactly the same.
The only equipment you will need is a pull-up bar and a weight between 10-20lbs, but most of the workouts don't require anything. You will need open space to move and run around.
This program will have you running, jumping, lunging, squatting, crawling, pushing, and pulling your way to an incredible level of fitness and a better physique in less than two months.
Unbound is accessible for most fitness levels. The bodyweight workouts and exercises can be scaled to almost any level of capability.
